Conversations!!

The clock stroked 7 in the morning. Raghav is late for his job, as he simultaneously pondered that he will surely miss the bus. He hurriedly had his breakfast and ran to the bus stop with a negligible hope of catching the bus. He was constantly looking at his watch which he thought ticked faster than usual. Completely drenched in sweat, he reached the bus stop. People were still waiting, seemed that bus was late. Breathing heavily, he asked a man standing near him just to confirm and he replied positively. Raghav had a sigh of relief and his breathing started to come back to normal. Finally the bus came. He climbed fast in order to occupy any vacant seats and felt proud just as he occupied one.

Just as the bus started to leave the stop, he heard a voice telling to stop the bus. He looked in the direction of the sound only to find a young beautiful girl running to catch the bus. Their eyes met, he found her eyes bright and deep and was going to dive in it when suddenly she yelled again to stop the bus, which brought him back to reality. He asked the conductor to stop the bus. She climbed the bus and was standing at the end near the door.

He tried to get a look of her, but was not getting a proper view because of the people standing in the bus and was regretting the decision of climbing faster in the bus, the action he felt proud of few moments ago. Had he not climbed faster, he would have been standing at the end next to the girl. Finally with a lot of struggle he gets the clear view of the girl, only to find that she was the most resplendent girl ever seen by him. In a moment he felt attracted towards her. She was wiping her sweat with her handkerchief and looking the other side not noticing that Raghav was looking at her and suddenly her eyes turned only to be fixated at Raghav. He was caught red-handed, their eyes met again and he seemed to fall for that glittery bright eyes. She raised her brow a bit feeling confused and he came back to senses, felt embarrassed and turned his face away still thinking of those deep ocean deep eyes.

Its been a month and still Raghav was not over the girl. Everyday he watched her at the bus stop stealing glances when she was not looking only to get more attracted towards her, but not had enough courage within himself to go to her and start a conversation as he had a fear of rejection.

Then on one fine day it happened, maybe it was god's wish or it was his lucky day. He came to the bus stop as usual and saw her coming towards the stop. He stood inside the bus stop under the shed and she came & stood right before him diagonally left. He thought to begin a conversation but was not able to gather enough courage and failed as he felt his legs nailed to the ground. He  stood there confused of whether to follow his mind or heart who gave contradictory advises, when his eyes fell on the person standing diagonally right to him constantly looking at the girl.

He was even not blinking his eyes and was giving weird and abusive expression towards the girl. The girl felt uncomfortable, as she saw the guy looking at her creepily with lust in his eyes and tongue outside his mouth. This angered Raghav and he went ahead and stood right between the girl and that shameless guy, blocking the view of the guy and constantly looking the guy with anger. Seeing Raghav eyeing him, the guy feared and went away. The girl felt happy for what Raghav has done for her apart from all the people standing at the bus stop, their eyes met again and they talked much more, not in words but understood everything as the girl thanked him without saying anything by her mouth, but eyes told everything crystal clear.

She broke the silence and greeted him telling that her name was Pari. Raghav founds the name as irony as the looks matched it very well. He thought that she really was an angel with a divine human incarnation. They got to know that bus was not coming that day and decided to share a taxi and they started talking. This is how their conversation started and their story too!!!

Conversation!!, is a way of communicating with people. Its a way of knowing & understanding people to make a strong bond to strengthen any relation. Lack of conversation can create communication gap and eventually after long time that relation breaks while on the other side a memorable conversation can give happiness for the entire life bringing a smile to your face. In this technologically advanced world there are many ways to connect and conversate with people round the globe in a matter of seconds or minutes.

A conversation starts with a simple Hi! and if the flow continues can bring two souls together. Some people when they miss their loved ones read their previous conversations and relives that moment and feels pleasant completely making the scenario in their head. They thinks creatively that if they had spoken this, the conversation would be different and if they had not said that it would be different and so on, only to realize their good times and some bad too and things which were left unsaid.

Lack of conversation can create problem, so giving it importance is necessary. Have a conversation with everyone, know a bit about them every time , express yourself a bit and make your life a book filled with memories and happiness keeping only the good things omitting the bad ones from it. So stay happy and keep conversating, because Conversations Matter.....!!

Memories!!

The main door of house no 24, Alishaan society unlocked as Jay  came back from work. It was 31 st   December and so he had taken short leave from work in order to rest and be ready for the party hosted by one of his colleagues for welcoming the new  year. He kept the keys on the table beside the couch and threw himself on the couch as if his legs have given up. He was just at the boundary and was about to enter the world of peace when the doorbell rang twice. Feeling irritated and mentally cursing the person outside he went to open the door. It was his neighbour, who had come to give his letters and some other stuff which in his absence was taken by him. He thanked him, closed the door behind him and checked the letters. None of them were much important. He lied down again on the couch trying to sleep, but felt deprived of it. He went to the washbasin, washed his face and sat on his favourite rocking chair and started checking his phone. 17 Whatsapp messages from 13...

The Confession!!

“Madam ticket please, where do you want to go?”, asked the bus conductor, but the person didn’t pay any heed. The bus conductor asked again, more firmly but all in vain. She was completely engrossed in her thoughts. He then asked the person sitting next to the lost cause to bring her to senses to pay for the ticket. Finally, it worked and the conductor asked again,” Where do you want to go?”. “Goa “, the voice came from her. The girl took the ticket, kept it in her purse and went back to the same position as she was before. She leaned her elbow on the grill of the bus’s window and kept her face on the elbow, to feel the cool breeze and went back to where she was, in her past. ‘Life is amazing, weird, partial, frustrating and what not. Just like a rainbow, life also has shades which completes each other and without it, there is no meaning. At one moment you feel like you have everything and within a blink of eye, you are left with nothing. Life can be cruel, and it doesn’t kee...
